this was the fastest interview process that I have been apart of. It was a 3 step interview that happened within 4 days. Each step of the way everyone was extremely helpful and upfront.

Salary Range was smaller than expected but still a good compensation plan

Decent autonomy in how you manage accounts and pipeline. Opportunities to work with big-name clients across high-security sectors.

Cross-department alignment is shaky and sales often left to clean up after poor communication from ops or product. Morale suffers from unclear org priorities. Internal initiatives from the exec team can feel performative. Lots of change which has lost alot of great team members and employees HR /hiring often feels disconnected from the day-to-day reality of the business.
