Pros
Honestly, Idera didn't bring anything good, all the pros were already established by the team at the previous work environment. After Idera's acquisition the product and the team started to fall apart, as many people left because of Idera's work model.
Cons
There is no growth perspective to the current employers and they purposely create an environment that make people want to leave. Idera's bussiness model is to buy successful products and outsource all the work not caring about the quality and its people.
