      Pros

      They have the best environment in the office,You will be getting proper technical guidance and quality work & knowledge, Management is understanding and make sure everyone is treated equally, they listen to you if you have some problem and try to solve it, No politics in the office

      Cons

      It is a consultant company so some exposure is not available here which you can get in a EPC company and they don't work on SPI and Aveva for general jobs which are important tools for an instrumentation engineer to grow. Rest everything is best here.

      Pros

      IDOM has a lot of projects in various industries, giving opportunities to gain experience across a variety of topics.

      Cons

      IDOM does not have enough expertise in many of the areas they try to do business in. Their QA/QC is non-existent. They rely completely on their engineers to be 100% competent and knowledgeable- which is far more than most of them are capable of.
