Unreliable Employer who doesn't pay - Frontend Developer Iforels Employee Review

I had the misfortune of working for Iforels for several months, and I can honestly say it was one of the most frustrating experiences of my professional career. It deeply saddens me to write this negative review, but I believe it's important to share my experience to warn others about the reality of working for this employer. One of the most significant issues I faced during my time at Iforels was their consistent failure to pay employees on time or pay in general. Month after month, I found myself having to reach out and remind the management about my salary. It became an exhausting routine, having to constantly chase after the money I rightfully earned. But most importantly, this company has not paid me for the last few months I have been working there, until today. And besides this, there are at least 3 more of my colleagues who are in a similar situation, who were also not paid for the work done. Despite repeatedly raising the issue of delayed payments, I rarely received a satisfactory response or any clear indication of when I could expect to be paid, and in most cases, I was ignored.
