I’ve been with the company for about 10 years, currently as Head of Creative within the Marketing department, and the people are honestly what make this place special. There’s a strong sense of trust, flexibility, and mutual respect, which makes it easy to balance work and life without feeling guilty. Management gives room to think independently, try new ideas, and grow professionally. Growth opportunities do exist if you’re proactive and willing to take ownership.
Cons
Like in any growing company, things can move fast and priorities sometimes change, which can be challenging. Processes aren’t always perfectly defined, so you need to be comfortable with a bit of ambiguity and adapting on the go.
