      Pros

      These 2 years of my career have been the most rewarding one. An awesome learning experience with management. The management cares about the employees. I was hired with a lot of trust with hardly any experience in the related field of work

      Cons

      Going through growing pangs of a fast growing company in which some unavoidable issues occur but the management's response time is quite fast in addressing these issues.
