Pros

There are still some great, knowledgeable people who work here. The company has an "unlimited time off" vacation policy as well as a "Summer Fridays" program which offers a shortened Friday workday.

Cons

Very few supervisors have any true managerial experience. It shows when it comes to handling those below them as well as their responsibilities to the company. Many employees in advanced roles remain willfully ignorant as to what jobs actually require. This results in a commonly heard mantra of "I don't care what it takes. Make it work!" Followed a few days later by, "Well we can't do that." Many employees on the client facing side fail to achieve a balance between client demands and company interests. Management rarely if ever follows through with promises to employees. Many times a program or change was said to be "in the works" and it dropped off the map. In many ways this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Pros

The team is my favorite team that I have ever worked for. So much energy, so much talent, so much potential. They have a strong client base and an even stronger proof of outcome. Senior leadership is so good, it's almost a joke.

Cons

Like most agencies, process could be tighter. Work/life balance could be better, but when you look at the client list the hustle makes sense.

Pros

There wasn’t anything I enjoyed about working here. My experience with Ignited was awful from start to finish. If you’re thinking about applying for a position here, save yourself the trouble and stay away.

Cons

Ignited has one of the most hostile work cultures I have ever seen, and it’s all thanks to how abusive and tyrannical the leadership is. They couldn’t care less about employees and view them as nothing more than disposable pawns. The decisions they make are solely driven by greed and often come at the expense of everyone around them. They look down on everyone and believe themselves superior to everyone else, and if they don’t get what they want, when they want it, they throw tantrums and act unprofessionally. A lot of talented employees have ended up leaving because they couldn’t tolerate their toxic behavior, and I don’t blame them.
