Pros

Transparent Engaging Inclusive Motivating Opportunities Progression Supportive I have worked at Ignition Credit for over 10 years, starting in a basic data entry position and with the support, training and guidance from my peers worked my way through departments to my current role of collections manager where I am well respected within the business as well as the wider group. The potential for growth within the company is vast, Ignition is one of four businesses within a group so there are endless opportunities to grow in many roles if you are willing to put the effort into your future. Senior management acknowledge the efforts of their employees with regular events outside of the business where they show their appreciation to the team and are always willing to listen and embrace new ideas and concepts. Holiday entitlement, annual bonus, sick pay, support forums, medical insurance, pensions are to name just a few of the advantages.

Cons

The genuine only con is that the teams are split over two floors, it would be great to at some point find premises that we are able to work on one level which I feel would be beneficial and productive.
