Pros
I've been with IgnitionOne for a little under two years now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company. Our products are constantly evolving to meet the demands of the ever-changing digital consumer, which is sometimes a slower process at companies I have worked with in the past. I've been impressed with the amount of awards, content and business IgnitionOne continues to produce, subsequently improving our positioning within the industry and among competitors.

Cons
Due to the multiple acquisitions of IgnitionOne (a great thing for a growing company!) there have been some growing pains along the way. Having seen how mergers/acquisitions affect employees from my previous companies, everything seems fairly normal as technologies, offices and employees work together to integrate. As far as cons go, I don't have much more to say as everyone works hard and is constantly striving to step up their game....a trait that is rare at many organizations.
