Pros

A small, nimble company, there are people who are on-board who truly want to make a difference in the industry.

Cons

The strategy for the company in general is a moving target- about every 6 months it would veer wildly from the point it had started.

First, I would like to apologize for my tardy reply. Thank you for providing us feedback on your experience at iGov. It sounds like your tenure at iGov was during our first few years while we were still developing our products and service, and adjusting to the ever changing demands within the government contracting world. We have definitely come a long way since then, and have narrowed our focus not to stay there are times were we need to shift and react to the changes within the various contracts.

Pros

Nice people, clean and spacious office, good location, and plentiful free parking.

Cons

iGOV has a militant HR Director with absolutely zero tolerance for tardiness, regardless of circumstances. I was 7 minutes late on my second day of work due to my car having a flat tire. I had to borrow my neighbor's car to get to work. I was supposed to be in the office by 9:30am, however, I arrived at 9:37am. I accidentally forgot my temp badge, as I had left it in the center console of my car (with the flat tire). My direct boss (the Controller) and the HR Director called the recruiting agency that had brought me on and terminated my contract effective immediately and sent me home for the day.
