1. They expect you to wear formals 2. Their ego gets hurt if you dont call reporting managers 'sir'. 3. Managers are 21 year olds who cant speak in english. 4. Managers have no expertise in character creation. Do check their artstation. 5. They force you to work till 9pm and if you raise concerns regarding that, you'll get fired. 6. Location very poor. Nowhere to eat in 2km radius. 7. CEO Ishan screams "Good Morning" everyday when he enters the office floor which is super weird. 8. He assigns 2 bodyguards to ensure that only he gets the exclusive access to the office elevators. Too insecure. 9. Co-founder Nishant literally does nothing. 10. This whole upper management looks like a bunch of college graduates figuring how to run a company. 11. Company just working on their own portfolio.
