Pros
Great technology trying to find a market. Well run clinical lab with very positive citations for excellence. The people are very easy to work with and teamwork is excellent. Ikonisys' technology could have a great impact on clinical pathology and it has very strong IP around the core technologies.
Cons
Funding is tight. The lack of resources slows development of new technologies. (Management is well aware of this an is working hard to help the company grow.)
