Some nice people there. Good ideas for products and services. Has strong technical understanding of IBM Security and Identity Management space.

Poor communication, no consistent direction on company strategy, and goal setting not based on any specific methodology. Saw a lot of "over promise under deliver" throughout the organization as well as with customers. Closed minded management. Struggling between the two worlds of trying to be a services organization and a product company. Not a fun place to work.
