      Pros

      They do fantastic work and have great clients. They have a few good managers.

      Cons

      The work place atmosphere is cutthroat. Departments are pitted against each other and it's not uncommon for co-workers to throw other co-workers under the bus to get ahead. Some managers really thrive on it.
