Image Source has been by far one of the best jobs I have ever had. The employees are so fun to be around and the environment is very joyous and bright, just always filled with laugher and smiles! When first being hired, the EVP/CSO was very welcoming, she showed nothing but kindness from the very beginning and continues to do so to this day. She is always in a positive mood, which encourages me to have a positive attitude. She also makes for YOU , she will listen to your concerns and will provide the best advice. Lastly, she is very inspirational and gives us excellent motivation to achieve our goals. Working here has changed me as a person (in a very positive way). I can't picture myself working anywhere else but here, this company gives you chances to grow within the company but even more as a person, which i find pretty awesome considering the fact that most places don't care for you. They only care to fill the position. My Manager and VP of Sales Operations & Purchasing are also a great support to have, both will do anything to help us and will just jump into action with no problem and come up with a solution very quick. I walk in everyday with a smile knowing I'm working for a company that makes me feel wanted and appreciates all my hard work and dedication. I feel I have been blessed with this opportunity to work under such positive powerful management who hear you and see you and for that exact reason, I am excited to see what the future holds for me.
