      Pros

      ImageBloom has a really great group of people working there. Honestly, the team collaboration and the company's overall vibe are refreshing. The only reason I left is that I'm about to have a baby and am planning to take some time off afterward. Absolutely love ImageBloom - everyone made me feel like family.

      Cons

      It can be really busy at times and slow at others - it's a balance but work was always fun.

      Pros

      - Ability to travel to work conferences (pre-COVID) - Good experience for those looking to get some skills under their belt.

      Cons

      - My advice is to find a different agency with an HR department and better pay. -Since I was there, I saw so many people come and go. Management does not value their employees. They are just looking to make more money. - No HR, no one to talk to if you're having problems at work. It is all handled by the director and CEO. - Poor communication with management. They expect you to do things a certain way and don't train you for it. - They overwork you A LOT. I spent my time working over 40 hours a week for not-so-great pay. Be prepared to work. Sink or swim environment. - Management will not stick up for you in front of clients. - Management does not have faith in their employees and will talk down on them,

      Although it is very unfortunate that we cannot change the experience that you had at ImageBloom, we would like to take a moment to address all the issues that you discussed in your review. We are constantly making changes and improvements within the company and are happy to say that we know have an HR specialist who has joined our team. With that being said, all employees are able to speak with someone about possible issues they may have within their department and to also bring any ideas that they may have forward. As we continue to grow, we are also adding more people to our teams, which has created a more even workload and team members have an open communication policy with their leaders.
