Whether you are a past or present employee, I would like to invite you to meet with me directly to discuss your concerns. Although nothing is perfect, we are always looking for ways to improve the employee experience, and your feedback is valued greatly. Concerning the comments about fake reviews, all employees and contractors are invited to add their reviews. However, we can assure you that they are written by the individual free from any outside influence. Outright fabricated reviews would be extremely inappropriate.
