I’ve come to realize that rich cucco truly cares about none of his employees unless your upper management. NOTHING is provided for you as a account manager. You have to purchase your own laptop ($300+), you have to purchase your own office supplies ($50-$150), you are REQUIRED to have Windows Pro edition ($100). You are given a $400 “expense allowance” which is supposed to take care of all of those start up expenses plus gas, tolls, mileage. Just to start working is a $450+ investment, depending on what you want and need as far as supplies. I have never. Ever worked for a company that doesn’t supply the tools necessary to do the job. I found out that Rich Cuccos brother Owns Impact Networking (the same industry and job). He however provides everything Car, Gas Card, Ipass, Laptop with software. The technicians get everything provided car, gas card, Iphone, laptop, ipass. I think mr. cucco should take notes. There is a reason they have such high turn over with this corporation. Maybe if they would slightly take care of employees and stop buying the upper management brand new Mercedes Benz SUV’s as company cars maybe people would stay a little longer. Oh and of course they get everything provided for them as well phone,laptop,gas card, etc. It’s obvious rich, laura, and all of the “partners” could careless about their front line guys. On a second note the upper management are just overpaid baby sitters. That do nothing but sit in the offices and not talk to anyone. They use the scare tactic here. Fear me or you lose your job.
