Pros

1) Growth: Imaging Endpoints is a great company to build a career and make an impact. Employees are encouraged to be honest with their managers - and they'll help you reach your professional development goals. 2) The Culture: There's a culture of excellence and employees support each other. 3) Support: It's important to feel supported with the benefits you need, the transparency during times like these to know what's happening, and the peace of mind to know that when we return to the office (from remote work), the company has its employees' health and safety in mind. 4) Diversity: Imaging Endpoints looks to diversify its talent at all levels of the company. Our employee resource groups, and the support they receive from HR, are an asset

Cons

Frankly, I can't think of any cons. Sometimes mediocrity is tolerated for longer than needed although expectations are high with employees who perform well

Pros

Supposedly unlimited PTO. Some individuals were caring and kind; nice to deal with.

Cons

Management is a mess. Have been in meetings that were very uncomfortable based on how staff was spoken to. Time limits for results were unreasonable, so staff admitted making mistake due to time limits. Management does not share information with other management involved in same issues, so big disconnect...ex: one director gave a few weeks at a few hours a day to fix a major problem, while another director said to have project completed overnight, while having no idea of what needed to be done. Bullying within my own team from another team member.
