HR is worst. Lot of internal politics.

Great exposure to handling multiple external clients and diverse hiring requirements. Good learning opportunity in stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and client coordination.

High-pressure environment during critical position closures. Cafeteria needs enhancement in terms of coffee machine quality and availability of light snacks such as biscuits and farsan for employees working late evenings.
