Poor engineering and miscommunication as a result of future problems - Tech Lead ImmoScout24 Employee Review

- Very slow desition making process - The "tech" leads are afraid of changes and most of the time preferred to only talk, but never take the responsibility and do - Product teams are stuck with features which are not defined by "data-driven" approach, but more "VP-said" approach - Mismanagement and poor communication have led to multiple disasters and at least 2 product development teams have fully resigned - "We are an international company", doesn't really work as the preferred communication language is still German and international people most of the time just left out of "German" discussions
