      Great staff (smart, easy going and down to earth). Pay is decent

      Cons

      Needs better organization structure. Leadership is inexperienced and doesn’t set a good culture. Management only cares when your about to leave. High turnover. Benefits can be revised.

      Pros

      Smart, talented and humble people that really care about making a difference. Passionate is an understatement. Leadership truly cares about employee needs. They invest in events, snacks and lunches for employees to show they care. Also, career ladders and development has been a main focus in 2025 and you can really see the company mature in a positive direction.

      Cons

      Like any biotech, decisions are made quickly. You need to be agile and roll with the pivots.
