Pros
Great product initially, until the competition caught up. First year sales terrific, second year no additional tests added to the line up, a one trick pony. Sales fizzled, cutback and layoffs ensued.
Cons
Poor management from the top, no feel or experience for the US market. Sales r still lacking and no one in charge seems to knows what to do about it.
