It has everything, every employee dream of employee friendly policies, competitive salary and that's always on time, rewards and recognition, future growth potential, new technologies to work and learn, good team(people) around you.
Regarding FNF some companies hold employee amount or delay employees FNF. But they pay that on time. So that employee and family does not go through any tough time.
So, it has everything to work with. This is one of the organisation where employee can plan retirement or long term future goals.
Cons
Only few senior people are polluting this environment just for their concern or ego. and they are at position that company has to think before taking any action. If you can manage/deal with them. All good.
