      Pros

      It has everything, every employee dream of employee friendly policies, competitive salary and that's always on time, rewards and recognition, future growth potential, new technologies to work and learn, good team(people) around you. Regarding FNF some companies hold employee amount or delay employees FNF. But they pay that on time. So that employee and family does not go through any tough time. So, it has everything to work with. This is one of the organisation where employee can plan retirement or long term future goals.

      Cons

      Only few senior people are polluting this environment just for their concern or ego. and they are at position that company has to think before taking any action. If you can manage/deal with them. All good.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times depending on the phase of the project lifecycle

      Pros

      I am still early in my career at Impact Analytics but so far the team has been beyond accepting and open minded to new ways of working and new ideas. They don't look for people to fit in a box, they look for smart, tenacious and eager people who want to be part of something awesome. You often read a job description that says, "we accept people for who they are..." but this is extremely true here. I am excited to see what I can do in the years ahead!

      Impact Analytics is a fast growing startup so being nimble, flexible and open to working outside of your core role is a must -- but also what makes it super fun and a great learning environment.
