Awesome boss and people to work for. Great place to work if you are a self-starter, no micro-managing! More job security and room to move up now that they are with the Rogers Group.

Only con is that now they are based out of Clare, MI with the Rogers Group.

Worked with my schedule as a mom of two boys and gave me a free membership to gym.

Management never understood what all we did and constantly told us to do more. Other employees not following rules at all.
