The work culture is very healthy and the management is supportive enough. The work environment provides opportunities to learn and grow simultaneously.

No cons as of now.

It is a good company for freshers, but you dont get much opportunity after working in Impact because it is basically a media research company and at the end you have to switch your career in research field, but the experience which you get here is not something which other companies are looking for to hire you. So it is a problem when you want to switch the company.

-Working environment is not good, no one makes you feel comfortable -No weekend off, they ill say that you have to work on one day on ever alternate weekend but the work load is so much that you have to work on both the weekend and most of the time you will not get off even on alternate weekend because of workload. -Division of work is not done properly in the team as it depends on the TL how they want to divide the work so on of the team members may work on one or two project and other might be forced to work on 4-5 projects. -Your advice and suggestions are not welcome, and your every action will be monitored.
