Impekable gets it. They're a nimble, forward thinking company that enables you to do your job. Great leadership and team members that quickly make you feel like you belong. Impekable is one of a handful of shops I've done work with that can execute on what they promise the client in both quality and timing.

Cons are that more clients aren't using Impekable.

• Very positive and cooperative working environment: It feels like a working family. There is comradarie. Everyone greets those arriving and bids goodbye to those leaving. People are glad to work with each other. There's transparency into what everyone is working on. People invite feedback for their own work and provide feedback to others. We work hard together, and laugh together. • Opportunity to work for diverse industries at a fast pace: We service a variety of industries, and bring ideas to fruition very quickly. We work hard and fast, so we get to experience the lifecycle of many projects in a short amount of time. • Work alongside self-starters and curious learners: The team at Impekable genuinely cares. We know that it takes initiative to really understand our client's needs and deliver quality work product. There is a culture of research, learning and practicing - whether it's to become familiar with different industries, or staying on top of emerging tools and technologies. • Opportunity for career growth: Pek is constantly forward-looking and mindful of his employees' career growth. He looks for ways to put you on projects that support your goals, and is a great mentor for emerging designers. • Flexibility for part-time team members: I am grateful for the flexibility of being able to swap my days in the office or shift working hours if things come up wtih my kids. Of course, I am still expected to get my work done and communicate my availability.
