A great workplace that has an amazing structure with people who really know what they are doing, targets are competitive and Salary is reviewed annually. Some really great management also that I will miss.

Progression within the workplace is lacking, I feel it is almost stagnant and was a reason I had to leave (was headhunted) for progression.
