      As it is a service and product based compeny, if you get a project into their product, you can get good hikes based on the performance.

      Cons

      If it is a client project, even if you perform well, they bring silly reasons and reduce the hike.

      Pros

      All good, company is good and it is growing. Employees are helpfull, all managers are good, company has a really good product which is highly accepted in the US market.

      Cons

      There is not much cons in this org, very nice for starting your career. CEO is also supportive. Now company should look for growth.
