In need of some serious restructuring - Anonymous employee Imperial Dade Employee Review

Too much favoritism. Made to believe their is growth potential during interview process. No growth. Lack of accountability and policies. Toxic management that does not see they are the issue. So many people have quit and the ones who stay are expected to pick up the slack without a thanks or any type of compensation. Poor planning and effective communication. Company does not care about who you are outside of work.
