      Pros

      Challenging, in a good sense. Welcoming atmosphere Salary Strong scope for progression if you are proactive enough!

      Cons

      Cliquey, perhaps for new starters. A pressurised environment, though this Little focus on engagement, very much outcome focused. Often meant that some members of staff came across as rather drained.

      Pros

      Freedom to make your own decisions whether those decisions fail, it is looked at as a learning experience and not something to be written up for or get into trouble. No micromanagement from higher up's.

      Cons

      Communication between departments could be better. Pay could be better.
