* Leave at the same time daily because no one will question you, middle mgnt avoids conflict. * In Paycom app you can add accounts to direct deposit. * send an email to push off work to tomorrow or someone else who will also push it off, but look productive. * mgnt tells you to your face be happy to have a job, they won't and aren't working on bringing back your benefits or rewards for at least 4 years.
Cons
Leadership refuses to fund its own demands, implements no systemic fixes, and punishes dissent. Employees are forced to shoulder every initiative, propping up a collapsing company with no raises, no benefits, and no rewards. Exploitation is justified as loyalty while the company hollows out anything that's left.
