Pros
Not much, the only plus-point is they have a lot of freelance jobs.
Cons
They tried "scamming" myself and my friend by reducing 50% of our pay just because we were "not professional" without even stating their expectations of us, nor did they tell us that there would be 50% deduction should there be any "unsatisfactory" work done. In hindsight, we know what is "expected" of us by looking at what others are doing. We did exactly what the others did, the only thing the In D' Grey Management kinda "hated" our behavior and antics just because the most senior freelancer complained or badmouthed us. It's not like we were horseplaying during work when customers were around. The best part was, the agency used whatsapp to tell us that our deployment for this contract has ceased with immediate effect, when probed further, literally blueticked us. The management did gave us an explanation, but they refused to listen to our story. They also didn't pick up our phone. I can only say the suitability of such an outcome is quite debatable.
