Pros

In Home CPR and its owner Chris are really great to work for. There’s a lot of flexibility on choosing when you work – Chris works with my schedule (I have two other jobs!). The pay rate is very good. He has also really worked with me to become a better instructor. The classroom is clean and the training equipment is new. Going on-site to businesses to teach has been fun, too. I would recommend working for In Home CPR to anyone looking to teach First Aid, CPR and BLS classes.

Cons

There are not full time benefited positions right now because the company is relatively small.

Pros

Fabulous company to work for and grow with!

Cons

No real downside, the challenges are mostly due to the nature of the changing economy and how that impacts a mobile training company.
