      From the newest employees to management, you have to kiss up to your superiors. Especially as a newer associate if you want hours, it doesn't matter if you do a good job or not it only matters if your managers like you or find you attractive.

      Can be difficult to get hours if not full time Teenagers or youth bring high school cliques to the workplace Sometimes very demanding shifts with crazy rushes and little help Managers can be hit or miss, some are very people oriented others aren't
