Pros

The RBTs that are actually passionate and the amazing children.

Cons

This is the best place to go if you want to get burnt out and experience was ABA should not be. Leadership is under experienced and trying to micromanage a huge operation, leading to nothing but failure for the center. Upper Leadership seems to prefer newbies so they can have a puppet on their strings. If you speak up for what is right and speak out against all that is wrong you are looked down upon. There are admin making clinical decisions without holding any sort of ABA degree nor experience. They look into the best interests of the business and are not client centered. When HR was questioned about things, they had nothing to say besides it is what it is. BCBAs laughed at families and schools in dispair for help and no one did anything. Giving and taking hours on a whims notice to what behooves the most upset parent or RBT.
