      • Great work/life balance and flexibility when needed • Personal and professional goals are created each month and encouraged • Culture is very important to all staff members • People are genuinely nice and always willing give a helping hand

      Cons

      Small tweaks here and there on space, (growing), but nothing of note.

      Pros

      Extremely talented team of genuine people who are passionate about what they do. Positivity and motivation is a constant focus. Everybody supports one another and is always there to help, whether it's work related or not.

      Cons

      The current office space is a bit tight, but management is aware of it and looking to find new space.
