Pros
Some of other employees are the best part of the job. There is paid time off, but not much.
Cons
No formal training is provided, one is just expected to jump in and deal with a myriad of issues and dissatisfied customers. Customer service is forced to be dishonest to customers. Management does not lead by example and are unprofessional to the point of making inappropriate jokes and comments. Leave on time and get spoken to for not being dedicated enough, stay late and don't even get an acknowledgment. There is no continuity and policies constantly change. No job security and people will get fired without any warning. There is low company morale and the job overall is extremely dissatisfying.
