8moThank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and for being part of the team for more than five years. We’re glad to hear that our amazing team members helped to make your time with us more enjoyable and that you were able to benefit from our fast-paced approach to solutions.
Leaders from all departments are required to participate in a training series which covers topics such as diversity and inclusion, performance management, employment law and interview training to help them strengthen their skills and provide the best possible support to their team members. We provide additional training in our Leadership Academy for both those interested in becoming leaders as well as current leaders in order to cultivate their leadership qualities.
We have confidence in our leaders abilities to apply their training successfully but, as a company, we emphasize the importance for leaders to continue to improve in how they can support their team along with our external customers. We have a number of ways to collect and distribute feedback to our leadership team including stay interviews, third party confidential surveys, the employee suggestion program, regular organized chats with HR, and monthly leadership steering meetings for leaders to discuss strategies for improvement with their peers.
