I recently had the opportunity to be part of InOpTra’s team outing and leadership training, and it was truly a memorable and enriching experience. The event was a perfect blend of learning, collaboration, and fun, thoughtfully planned and executed. A big appreciation to the management and leadership team for investing in such meaningful initiatives that focus not only on professional growth but also on team bonding. The leadership training sessions were insightful and added valuable learning chapters, while the fun activities helped everyone connect beyond work. Kudos to all the associates for their enthusiastic participation, which played a huge role in making the outing successful and enjoyable. Experiences like these reflect InOpTra’s strong culture and people-first approach. Looking forward to many more such large-scale, engaging events that we can cherish and learn from together.

You get an option to work remotely.

Cons

Poor work life balance They ask you to attend meetings on weekends as well They deduct gratuity from employees salary No transperancy - a lot of stuff would be hidden from you. And when you confront, you'd be labelled as a unprofessional. After yearly appraisal.fhey restructure the salary in such a way that even after your hike, your take away salary would be lesser than before. Try to loot you monetary. Either by changing their policies or they would find any other way
