Too much workload considering the salary. Minor work-life balance environment. Not a centralized SAP system to track company process

Salary was comparatively okay with compared to other companies

Super toxic work culture where you'll get penalized for getting sick even. No proper direction in work allocation. Sudden internal changes will end up with drastic and improper career changes. Management is guilt framing the employees often and glorify not having a work-life balance stating it's the commitment and dedication. No proper career growth or employee training take place. All the supporting facilities are very basic, food is bad. Micromanaging to the core and managers are full of insecurities, blocking the path of the team members. Though they mention there are processes, none of them are proper and convincing enough to make the work easier to handle. Worst work place when it comes to the apparel industry in Sri Lanka.
