Pros
-Great place to learn and be given opportunities for growth. Being a start-up, there's always going to occasions where you work outside of your comfort, but being able to adapt is one of the key factors for growth. -The posts about management not caring about you is false and definitely not what I have seen during my time here thus far. Everyone in my management and department offers to take the extra workload when sick without complaint. We work and operate as a team and always help one another out. Everyone cares for one another's well-being and wants to ensure that someone's health and recovery is the priority. -I see no reason to complain about looking for interns. This way, we can hire based on work performance rather than someone's previous "achievements". Being an intern and young in your career means that in order to get hired, the individual must work harder and learn to adapt to the environment. Whereas, some older people may reject workflows/practices and fail to adapt and learn. -Company is filled with inspiring and optimistic individuals who actually bring life to work.
Cons
-Could definitely use better communication between departments and possibly management. Sometimes it feels like we are scrambling for information and actual answers.
