Its simply a scam. I worked with Om for a total of 3 days. During that time Om would harass me with phone calls. His expectations were that I worked about a 10 hour day. He expected me to work til 7pm and then the last of the three days he made me jump on a zoom call with about 30 people where he had me present information about saveaway. I literally didnt know what to say because hes such a terrible communicator and didnt explain the business model to me. Actually hilarious how much he micromanages. It feels like its a skit. Hes a funny dude, hes like a cartoon character of a scam artist. I told him I thought it was a scam and I quit and he made me join a zoom call where he yelled at me for “wasting his time”. I look back on those three days and laugh
