Pros

Great location close to Macy's

Cons

This is an abusive working environment. Management was verbally abusive and often dismissive of employees. There is a great turnover of employees, even though company had been in business for 25 years. I now know why they like to hire someone re-entering the workforce, since people need their jobs and are afraid to say anything that might endanger their position. The partners spend time talking in their office about employees in derogatory terms where other staff members can hear. Not a nice place to work. If you made a mistake they were very unforgiving and made you feel as if you were a child that needed correction. Even if you weren't at fault, they wouldn't stand up for you.

Pros

1. Work/Life Balance – Organizations like to talk about work/life balance, but this company is the real deal when it comes to family first. This is the only company that has ever expressed an interest in my family throughout the hiring process. They continue to exhibit a concern for me and my family's well-being that goes above and beyond of what is to be expected of an employer. 2. Great Work – Strategic, smart leadership. Challenging, rewarding work. The team is always pushing to deliver compelling creative solutions and never settles for the obvious, which explains the great clients, awards and recognition the firm has received over the years. 3. Career Development – This is a place that supports risk-taking and that gets behind people that are willing to explore new opportunities and different ways of doing things. 4. Transparent Environment – It's an open office setting, so there's a lot of ability to engage and interact. I've always appreciated the candor here and feel it's a place of honest discussion where my ideas and opinions are being received. 5. Pay – Very fair.

Cons

Nothing that comes to mind at the moment. In case you can't tell, I'm very happy here.
