Pros
Work is challenging whether u are working with seo, content, Facebook or tech. But as the company has different media under its wings you get a Chance to try out all media in the internet from YouTube content to branded posts and articles. This is an opportunity I feel if you are looking to experiment, but if you want to stick to core writing I think the xperience is just average. It is however without any formalities and the work atmosphere is very friendly unlike most startups from this city. I worked in Bangalore before so coming from that experience, I'm sharing this.
Cons
You will be needed to pretty much follow the rules of the game set by the managers. You can experiment only when you prove you're right but to do that too, you would need space and finding that will not be easy unless you arhave very talented. The managers are sometimes hard but not too much that you won't get leaves etc. The cons are that you will have to gain trust before they let u do something on ur own.. and in writing it may take time
