Pros
As a smaller company it gives IncWorx a chance to give more attention to our customers. Our customer satisfaction is at the top of the spectrum, and we make sure we are attentive, since IncWorx is attentive to its employees. I've worked in the industry for many many years, and this is, by far, the best company I have ever worked for. There isn't a huge layer of supervisors, managers, VPs and then more VPs before you can talk to somebody in the organization. Any time I've needed to talk through something they are there right away. Not setting a meeting 4 weeks into the future. The IncWorx structure is simple, transparent, and they keep their word to their employees. IncWorx employs professionals, with professional attitudes. They also only hire people who can work together and set egos aside. They truly care about their employees, and it shows through to their clients. I plan to stay here for a long time to come. Never worked in a better environment.
Cons
Unless you're the type that has to be forced into an office and can't work on your own, then this isn't the company for you. If your ego can't fit through the door, you won't be happy here.
