      Pros

      Incedo is a place where there are opportunities to experiment. You get to work on latest platforms/technologies and work with clients directly. What helps is that PMs are open to suggestions and act upon them, quickly. Plus there is no micro management.

      Cons

      Attendance rule of 9 hours per day can be revised to 45 hours per week

      Pros

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Cons

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
