Pros
There is NO best reason for any software individual professional to work with this company. Worked with this organisation approximately 3 years but I feel there is nothing in this company which can retain and stop people leaving this organisation.
Cons
1. All HR policies are actually designed in such a way that employees will get confused. 2. No employee friendly policies in company. 3. No proper management, response and communication at HR, Finance and Admin dept. for employees. Employee will be keep struggling to get information from all these dept. 4. No much good work and projects inside.
