Pros
Bakwas organization only focus few areas not much project even HR /Finance /Life science or Development side. Specially for HR department hire only 6 months after that fire the people. It's not Any CMMI Level its normal Organization. i have spent 6 months but totally harassment organization. Even make a fool to people show higher package salary and even 4 lakh mention will give quarterly but at the end say this is nothing. Dont join that type of organization and its waste your time and carrier ...
Cons
1. Lethargic company /no projects / just time pass organization/ firing is too much not stable organization . only thing salary on time and flexible hours . Some people are very old they are behaving like its govt Organization. Lot of partiality and even team members are very lower quality people
