Pros

Great benefits Meaningful work Supportive of a diverse workplace

Cons

Too much work to do without adequate staff. Poor regional leadership. Cash flow problems. Growing too fast without proper onboarding of new locations. Terrible internal communication. Doctors are allowed to have repugnant behavior without consequences. Leaders call employees family, so cheesy and meaningless. We aren’t family, nor do we want to be one. This is a work place. Treat employees with dignity. CEO hires his friends for executive jobs. Turnover is way too high. We can’t recruit new employees.

Pros

Good Franklin Team, Hybrid work.

Cons

I genuinely wanted to grow here, but 'career development' appeared to be more of a philosophical concept than an actual program. Promotion criteria changed depending on who you asked and when you asked them — a creative approach to talent retention that apparently also doubled as a morale experiment. Workload increased steadily and significantly over my tenure. Compensation did not. Bonuses were discussed the way people discuss winning the lottery — theoretically possible, never actually witnessed. Meanwhile, health insurance premiums were aggressively priced, which felt like a bold choice for a company that specializes in health care. The most impressive organizational skill on display was leadership's ability to insulate itself from accountability. When results fell short, the feedback reliably traveled downward. When credit was due, the journey upward was remarkably swift. If you're early in your career and want to learn what not to do at scale, this is genuinely a valuable experience. Otherwise, know your worth before accepting an offer — and then ask for more.
